• Manage your scheduled payments by viewing and deleting them
• View and delete saved payees
• Make payments to your Co-operative Bank credit card without needing to set up a new payee
• Easily transfer funds between your Co-operative Bank accounts
• Make payments to your saved payees
• Enhanced security measures when paying a new payee, protecting you from fraud
• Update your email address and telephone number
• Access up to 7 years of statements for current accounts, savings, ISAs, and loans
• Customize your statement preferences for current or savings accounts
• Apply for select products directly from the app
• Share your account details with one of your contacts directly from the app

Gaining Access

To access our app, you'll need to register for online banking if you haven't done so already. For existing users, simply enter your username, password, and 6-digit security code to log in.

Is my phone compatible?

To ensure security, our mobile app requires an Android device with an operating system version of at least 7.0. Please note that rooted devices are not supported. If you're unable to update to the required version, you can still access your accounts through online banking.

Terms of Use

We collect non-personal user data to monitor app performance, such as screen durations. Additionally, we collect a limited amount of personal data for app usage, fraud prevention, problem resolution, and app improvement purposes. By using the app, you consent to data processing. We do not charge for downloading or using the app. However, your mobile network provider may apply data usage charges depending on your tariff or contract. Contact your provider for further information. You may also utilize this service when connected to a Wi-Fi network.
